Tot Shots Team
ages 2 - 4 years
(parent participation)
Gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and fitness for the pre-school student to learn skills with courage, confidence and trust in themselves and their parent as teacher.  Parents are trained in spotting and teaching skills  in all gymnastics areas with mastery in celebrating the wonder of their shining star: 
“Ta-Dah”!  A great program for sharing quality time to grow on for a life time of fitness and fun.
    

Hot Shots Team ages 5 - 6 years   
Gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and fitness for the young student interested in harnessing “surplus” energy into fun skills that require strength, flexibility, rhythm, balance, stamina and discipline.  A great program for exploring and organizing mind and body while celebrating spirit.
   
T-n-T
ages 7 – 15 years         
Tumbling-n-Trampoline for the student who wants to learn power tumbling and trampoline tricks, increase strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance for overall fitness. This program provides exceptional cross training for all sports.

Tucks and Hucks for boys only 10 and up

A new program designed for boys interested and involved in learning/mastering tricks! For the wild and cautious, natural and challenged athlete, these skills require training in take off, execution and landing. Tucks and Hucks will provide fitness and training necessary for mastering tricks in power tumbling, trampoline, skateboarding, BMX snowboarding, skiing, circus arts and parkour.

 

** Appropriate clothing is required for safety and spotting: fitted t-shirts (not oversized) athletic shorts (no belts, buttons or zippers)

Flips and Tricks Teens and Adults

A new program designed for teens and adults interested and involved in learning/mastering tricks! For the wild and cautious, natural and challenged athlete, these skills require training in take off, execution and landing. Flips and Tricks will provide fitness and training necessary for mastering tricks in power tumbling, trampoline, skateboarding, BMX snowboarding, skiing, circus arts, cheerleading and parkour.


Pre-Team  ages 7 – 15 years       
Gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and fitness for the student interested in training for fitness, recreation or cross training for other disciplines.  A great program for building self confidence , self discipline and self esteem with a greater understanding and respect of the body.
    
Performance Team
  ages 6 – 15 years   
By invitation only from Susan Kapchinske, program director.  This program is designed to develop the elite athlete.  Team members condition daily, enroll for the entire year as their primary sport and perform whenever we are scheduled.  Parents are involved wholeheartedly in the program and participate in fund raising and promotion for Gymnastics Unlimited.

Fitnastics For Youth and Adults

 An integration of Susan Kapshinske’s programs: Living Fitness and Gymnastics Unlimited. Living Fitness provides complete sports conditioning necessary for training in gymnastics, acrobatics and parkour. Living Fitness improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and stamina. These elements of fitness are necessary for learning gymnastics skills in tumbling, uneven bars, vault table, balance beam, trampoline and acrobatic apparatus.


Absolutely no experience is needed beyond desire, inspiration and determination. Fitnastics is challenging and fun for developing a physically fit body and an excellent cross training for athletic students at any age.
